The full document is a bit unwieldy in its current form but OFMDFM is inviting written responses in two
ways.
Firstly, people can offer comments on the whole plan http://www.ofmdfmni.gov.uk/consultation_document-2.doc or you can offer a short response within your area of expertise or specific interest. http://www.ofmdfmni.gov.uk/quick_response_template.doc
As part of the consultation, OFMDFM is also organising a series of 'roadshows'. The first of these takes place in Belfast on Thursday this week, with subsequent dates for Derry, Cookstown, Ballymena, Coleraine, Lurgan, Newry, Omagh and Enniskillen. The full list of dates and venues is available here....http://www.ofmdfmni.gov.uk /index/economic-policy/economic-policy-sustainable-development/consultation_events_timetable.ht
You are very welcome to come along and provide your input at these events. In addition, it would be very helpful if you could let your local contacts aware of tem and, if at all possible, help us to stimulate some local input to the consultation.
The associated documents are all available at this link.
