What are the main areas of Sustainability you are interested in: environmental, specifically food production and dietary issues (according to the Friends Of The Earth website, meat and dairy production is responsible for almost a fifth of the damage we are doing to the atmosphere...)

Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself (no more than 3 paragraphs): i'm a full-time teacher, originally from ballintoy and now living in belfast. i'm into lots of styles of music, travelling when i get the chance, cooking, learning to garden and grow my own food (currently just have a little empire of dirt and too many pots) and at this moment i hate the costs of motoring lol

What is your current job (and organization) and/or where and what field are you studying?: Teacher of ICT and LLW (specifically Citizenship this year)
