Small Dinners, a brilliant Action idea that came out of the October Open Space 'Pathways to (re)balancing our sustainability equation'. Created as a chance to share a meal (as local and home-made as possible), the evening invites you to chat, laugh, eat, catch up, and further discuss some of the great ideas generated over the course of the OS weekend as well as new ideas to come. The first dinner included expanding thoughts on 'The Shopping Trolley Revolution', The 'Down' Right Delicious Diet, and upcoming Flash Mobs. Community Grass-roots organizing is best suited round a table!
Small Dinners continues to open its doors and extend its welcome to dine 'down right delicious' style:
Monday 23 November
7 pm @ 19 Colenso Parade
RSVP WITH ERIK NILSSON:
Sticking with the ethos of the weekend conference, the group plans to head down to St George's Market on the Saturday morning prior, around 11ish, to pick up
some local ingredients for the meal.
If you would like to take part in this month's Small Dinner please RSVP before Thursday the 19th. An RSVP is necessary to gauge numbers and determine how the cooking tasks (and amounts) are divided up. Once RSVP'd Erik will then add you to the email list and include you in the meal planning.
p.s. Joanne is making Tiramisu!
